A unique, no-knead approach to making flavorful garlic flatbreads with a light and airy texture.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Melted unsalted butter
  • 2.5 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 380 ml Water

Instructions

  1. Combine the all-purpose flour, salt, minced garlic, and water in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add melted unsalted butter and chopped coriander, stirring well.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil.
  4. Scoop two half-spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, ensuring they don’t touch.
  5. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Flip back and forth 2 to 3 times until large bubbles arise; serve warm. Repeat for remaining batter.

Notes

Let the batter rest before cooking for best results and adjust seasoning to taste.
