- 200 g All-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Melted unsalted butter
- 2.5 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 380 ml Water
Instructions
- Combine the all-purpose flour, salt, minced garlic, and water in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add melted unsalted butter and chopped coriander, stirring well.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil.
- Scoop two half-spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Flip back and forth 2 to 3 times until large bubbles arise; serve warm. Repeat for remaining batter.
Notes
Let the batter rest before cooking for best results and adjust seasoning to taste.
