Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the clusters from sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey until it becomes a smooth mixture.
- Dip each hulled strawberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are completely coated, and then place them on the baking sheet.
- Put the baking sheet in the freezer for at least one hour until the yogurt is set and firm.
- While the strawberries are freezing, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in increments of 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Once the strawberries are frozen, dip them into the melted chocolate one by one, then return them to the baking sheet.
- Freeze the chocolate-coated strawberries again until the chocolate is firm, typically about 30 more minutes.
- When ready to serve, take them out of the freezer and enjoy them chilled for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
Make sure to freeze until firm. Use dark chocolate for a healthier twist.
