Instructions

  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder. Gradually mix this dry mixture into the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set.
  8. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
