Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin in a resealable plastic bag.
- Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
- Form the mixture into egg shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
- Dip each egg into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and place back on the baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle with colorful decorations before the chocolate sets.
- Allow to harden in the refrigerator before serving.
