Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese together with the sugar substitute until smooth.
- Add the apple sauce, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Combine the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
