- 1 cup Brewed Earl Grey tea
- 1 cup Milk or dairy-free milk
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons Honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- As desired Cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew the Earl Grey tea according to package instructions for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
- Add the vanilla extract and honey to the warm milk, stirring until well combined. Froth the milk if desired.
- Pour the brewed tea into your cup and gently add the warm milk mixture on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired, and serve immediately!
Notes
For a vegan option, use unsweetened almond or coconut milk and sugar alternatives like erythritol.
