  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Loose-leaf Earl Grey tea or 1 tea bag
  • 1 tsp Dried lavender buds
  • 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste
  • Fresh lavender sprig or dried lavender for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling the water in a tea kettle or saucepan. Once boiling, add the loose-leaf Earl Grey tea or Earl Grey tea bag and dried lavender buds. Allow it to steep for 3-4 minutes.
  2. While the tea is steeping, heat the milk in a separate saucepan until warm but not boiling. Use a milk frother to froth the milk until light and foamy.
  3. After steeping, strain the tea into your preferred mug or glass. Gently pour the frothed milk over the steeped tea.
  4. Lastly, garnish your latte with a fresh lavender sprig or sprinkle of culinary lavender. Enjoy your Earl Grey Lavender Latte hot.

Notes

Use high-quality loose-leaf tea for the best flavor. For a dairy-free option, use almond or oat milk.
