- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 grapefruit, segmented
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of a glass or bowl.
- Add half of the grapefruit segments on top of the yogurt layer, followed by half of the granola.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, grapefruit, and granola.
- Top off with sliced almonds.
Notes
Keep granola separate until just before serving to maintain its crunch. This parfait can be served immediately or stored in the fridge for up to three days without granola.
