- 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours.
- Enjoy cold or heat gently in the microwave, adding toppings if desired.

Use a jar for easy breakfast. Make a double batch for multiple servings.
