  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a large mixing bowl, then mix in the eggs, honey, and almond milk until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the wet banana mixture and mix until just combined—do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips before pouring the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Avoid overmixing to keep the bread light and fluffy. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
