- 200g White chocolate
- 300ml Thickened cream
- 100g Caramel
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Whip the thickened cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Add the caramel and continue to fold until combined.
- Spoon the mousse into mini dessert cups or layer it into tarts and cakes.
- Chill until set, about 150 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
Chill before serving for best texture. Dark chocolate can be used for a richer flavor.
