Ingredients

  • 200g White chocolate
  • 300ml Thickened cream
  • 100g Caramel

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Whip the thickened cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Add the caramel and continue to fold until combined.
  5. Spoon the mousse into mini dessert cups or layer it into tarts and cakes.
  6. Chill until set, about 150 minutes in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

Chill before serving for best texture. Dark chocolate can be used for a richer flavor.
