- 1 tbsp Butterfly Pea Tea
- 8 oz boiling water
- Ice to chill
- 2 tbsp salted vanilla bean syrup
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
Instructions
- Begin by bringing 8 oz of water to a rolling boil in a kettle or on the stovetop.
- Next, steep 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea tea in the boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes and strain the liquid to remove the tea leaves.
- In a glass, add the ice cubes to chill the drink. Pour in the cooled butterfly pea tea.
- Sweeten by adding the 2 tablespoons of salted vanilla bean syrup and gently pour in 1/4 cup of milk of your choice.
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients together and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh milk for a creamier texture. Try coconut milk for a tropical twist.
