Instructions
- Start by cooking the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions, and set them aside once done.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and brewed tea.
- Stir the mixture well until everything is combined, then allow it to sit for about 30 minutes to let the chia seeds expand and absorb the liquid.
- Once the chia seed mixture has thickened, gently fold in the cooked tapioca pearls until evenly mixed.
- Refrigerate the pudding for at least an hour to chill and set, enhancing the flavors.
- Serve the Bubble Tea Pudding in cups over ice, and feel free to top with extra tapioca pearls or fresh fruit for more flavor.
Notes
Let the chia seeds absorb liquid fully. You can use almond milk for a dairy-free option.
