  • Total Time: 250 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana (2 ripe bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (or more)
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine your rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  2. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or, ideally, overnight.
  3. When you’re ready to enjoy, take the oats out of the refrigerator and give them a good stir. Add your favorite toppings like fresh fruits, nuts, or extra cinnamon if desired.

Notes
