Instructions
- Rinse the fresh blueberries under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities.
- Place the rinsed blueberries in a small saucepan, add the water, and heat over low flame.
- Press the softened berries with a spoon to release more juices.
- Add the sugar to the pot and stir until combined; simmer on low heat.
- Turn off the heat when the syrup thickens and add lemon juice and vanilla extract.
Notes
