  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk the mixture vigorously until everything is smooth. Allow it to thicken on the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. If you’re using frozen blueberries, microwave them for about 30 seconds in a safe bowl. Mash the blueberries with a fork until they reach a jam-like consistency.
  3. Evenly distribute the oat mixture across five jars and layer the mashed blueberries on top or mix them in with the oats. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve cold or warm for 30 seconds in the microwave.
