Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
- Blend in the brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
