  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp milk or yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
  3. Blend in the brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
