- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup self rising flour (or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1.5 teaspoons baking powder + 1/4 teaspoon salt)
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl until mostly smooth.
- Add flour slowly, stirring in a couple tablespoons at a time until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into balls, using lightly floured hands.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Air fry the balls for 7 to 9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check doneness and adjust time if necessary.
Notes
These donut balls are best served warm, fresh from the air fryer.
