Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the crumbled feta cheese and drizzle it generously with olive oil in a baking dish.
- Create small wells in the feta and gently crack the eggs into the wells.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the eggs to taste.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs reach your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm.
