- 1/4 cup Apple Molasses
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Coffee Syrup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1-2 shots Espresso
Instructions
- Start by making your apple molasses by cooking chopped apples with brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until syrupy.
- While cooking, brew one or two shots of fresh espresso.
- Combine apple molasses with brewed espresso in a cup, stir well, and then foam or steam your milk before adding it to the drink. Serve hot or over ice.
Notes
Substitute almond milk or oat milk for a lighter option, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
