- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil or melted vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons plant milk
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Mix brown sugar with oil (or melted vegan butter) and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add plant milk and stir until glossy and smooth.
- Sprinkle in flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll or scoop into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place on parchment or grease the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 6 to 8 minutes, checking at 6 minutes.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes after cooking.
Notes
Small changes make a big difference; do not overcrowd the air fryer and check for doneness a minute early.
