Quick and easy vegan chocolate chip cookies made in an air fryer, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the hassle of traditional baking.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oil or melted vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons plant milk
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar with oil (or melted vegan butter) and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Add plant milk and stir until glossy and smooth.
  3. Sprinkle in flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Roll or scoop into small balls and flatten slightly.
  6. Place on parchment or grease the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 6 to 8 minutes, checking at 6 minutes.
  8. Let them cool for 5 minutes after cooking.

Notes

Small changes make a big difference; do not overcrowd the air fryer and check for doneness a minute early.
