Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 6 cups baby spinach
- 3 small celery stalks
- 1 thumb-sized ginger root
Instructions
- Prepare your produce: If your spinach isn’t pre-washed, rinse it well and dry to avoid a watery juice. Peel the rind off the pineapple, cutting it into chunks suitable for your juicer. If you wish, peel the ginger.
- Load the juicer: If you have a Nama J2 or J3, you can add most ingredients at once. Otherwise, add the ginger and spinach first, followed by the heavier ingredients like pineapple and celery to make the juicing process easier.
- Juice it up: Turn your juicer on and watch the magic happen! Once everything is well-blended, you are ready to serve.
Notes
For an extra-refreshing experience, add ice cubes to your glass. Using a glass straw makes every sip feel indulgent!
