Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the self-rising flour and sugar, mixing until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, use very ripe bananas. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
